Dr. Avis Winifred Rupert is an experienced speaker, educator, and author with a global perspective and a passion for transformational learning. Holding a doctorate in Rhetoric and Writing and multiple graduate degrees across business, organizational leadership, and biblical studies, she brings depth, clarity, and purpose to every space she enters. Her work spans international teaching, ministry, leadership development, and retreat facilitation, guiding individuals to grow, reflect, and step confidently into their next season.
